1. Introduction

Welcome to Purple Periscope ("PP", "we", "our", or "us"). By accessing or using our website, digital platform, and related services, you ("User", "Buyer", or "Associate") agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). Please read them carefully before using PP.

PP reserves the right to modify, update, or replace any part of these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes implies your acceptance of the updated Terms.


2. Nature of Service

PP provides online learning and career-coaching content through paid packages ("Tracks"). These include video modules, digital materials, and optional engagement opportunities with our associates. All content is provided for educational and informational purposes only and does not guarantee employment, interviews, or direct job placements.


3. Account Registration

  • Users must create an account to access purchased content.
  • Account information must be accurate and complete.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
  • PP reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account suspected of misuse, fraud, or policy violations.

4. Intellectual Property

All content on PP—including videos, scripts, graphics, logos, and materials—is the intellectual property of Purple Periscope. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or commercial use of any content is strictly prohibited.


5. Payment and Pricing

  • All prices displayed are final and non-negotiable.
  • Prices may differ based on regional promotions or currency exchange rates.
  • PP may adjust pricing, promotions, or bundles without prior notice.
  • Payment must be made through PP's approved gateways.

6. Refund Policy

Due to the digital and downloadable nature of our content, all sales are final. Once a user has gained access to any PP video, course, or digital asset, no refund, cancellation, or exchange will be granted.

However, PP may consider exceptions under the following special circumstances:

  • Duplicate payment due to technical error.
  • Accidental double purchase of the same package.
  • Proven non-delivery of content (e.g., system error preventing access).

Refund requests must be submitted via email to support@purpleperiscope.com within 7 days of purchase, accompanied by valid proof of payment. Approved refunds will be processed within 14 business days through the original payment method.


7. Associate Program Terms

Associates promoting PP must comply with our Associate Agreement, branding guidelines, and code of conduct. Misrepresentation, spam marketing, or false claims about PP will result in immediate termination and forfeiture of commissions.


8. Limitation of Liability

PP shall not be liable for:

  • Any employment outcomes, job placements, or career results from the use of our content.
  • Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
  • Losses caused by user negligence, misuse, or third-party systems.

Users access the PP platform at their own discretion and risk.


9. Privacy and Data Protection

PP is committed to protecting user privacy. Personal information is collected for account setup, analytics, and service improvement only. By using PP, you consent to our Privacy Policy governing data collection, storage, and communication preferences.


10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Singapore. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Singapore courts.
